- What kinds of rewards are there?
- The rewards change over time. So far myHomework users have earned rewards like free movie tickets, free movie rentals, free trials to popular apps and services and discounts on popular products.
- Do rewards require an internet connection?
- Yes. The myHomework apps for iOS and Android work offline, but to earn rewards you do need to be connected to the internet.
- Why am I not getting rewards?
- You won't earn a reward for every homework you complete on time, you might not get offers for a while after claiming a reward and there is logic to prevent abuse of the rewards system. As long as you have rewards enabled in your settings and use the app normally while connected to the internet, you should earn rewards over time.
- What if I submitted my email but didn't get the reward?
- If that happens to you, please contact support@kiip.me with your email address, what the reward offer was and mention you were using the myHomework app. They've got great customer service and will help you get the reward you've earned!
- I don't want rewards. How do I turn them off?
- You can enable or disable rewards at any time from the settings portion of the myHomework apps.
